You'll need a Marketing Hub licence to get started, but you don't need to have done anything with it yet. In fact, starting fresh is often easier — there's no messy existing setup to unpick. If you don't have a licence, we can advise on the right tier for your needs before we begin.

That's completely fine. We'll audit what's already there during the Understand stage and work with what's good, fix what's broken, and build out what's missing. Most self-configured portals have gaps around lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and workflow logic — those are exactly the things we specialise in getting right.

We keep your time commitment lean — typically a kickoff session, a mid-point review, and a final handover call, plus some async feedback on work as it's delivered.
